Jenny has been a parishioner since 1990 and worked here at St. Saviour for over 20 years.

Prior to coming to work for the parish region, she was a stay at home mom with 4 children. Marlene O’Brien ran CCD (what would become the Parish School of Religion or “PSR”) at the time and asked her to teach 2nd grade in 1995 - that is how Jenny began working in ministry!

After Mrs. O’Brien retired from her role in coordinating PSR, Fr. Pat Crone hired Jenny to become the Coordinator of Religious Education, or CRE. Her responsibilities have grown over the years - which have most recently included becoming an administrative secretary in our parish office. It should be noted that she sincerely enjoyed working with Laura Davis from St. John the Evangelist during Laura’s time there as the Director of Religious Education, coordinating with her on the Vacation Bible School and many other programs that were shared together.

Jenny truly feels part of a family here at St. John the Evangelist and St. Saviour. The care, love, and support that this community shares with each other is truly a blessing.

She has since retired from her role as CRE for PSR and now is an administrative secretary for St. John the Evangelist and St. Saviour – additionally she is a part-time caregiver to her elderly parents.

She has been married to her husband Larry since 2014 and loves being a grandma! She is also a proud dog mom to their goldendoodle, Waylon. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and sharing that joy of service and creativity through cooking for others.
